Example: If your destination is a 1 Day transit with ground shippping and you choose 2nd Day Air, your order will arrive within the alotted time frame of 2 days and be shipped ground. Creidt will NOT be given on any shipping charges, we strive to ship orders as soon as possible to keep all our customers 100% satisfied.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping rates for orders under 150lbs are calculated in the shopping cart by UPS Real Time Shipping. For orders over 150 lbs. you will be charged a flat rate of $95.00 or you may split your order accordingly. If you choose a shipping method not applicable for your location and check out with $0.00 shipping, your credit card will be charged the appropriate amount for shipping your order. All stock orders ship out same or next day and are shipped using UPS. Non-stock or special order items all have different lead times and shipping cost. Therefore, you must contact our home office for an estimate.

REFUND, RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICIES:

Returns:

All returned goods must be returned with 30 days of original purchase date.

Refunds:

There will be a 35% Restocking charge for all returned goods.

NOTE TO CUSTOMERS: You are responsible for returning product as well as any freight arrangements and/or costs associated with the return. Please include your reference return goods authorization (RGA) number with the product you are returning. **PRODUCTS MUST HAVE A RGA # AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT ONE** The following apply with all returns: 1. Your credit will reflect a 35% restocking charge. 2. No credit will be given for damaged goods. 3. No credit will be given for galvanized products with red or white rust. 4. No credit will be given for obsolete, special (x version modified connectors) or non-inventory items.

Connectorsonly.com will process your return within 30 days of the date your product is received back. If non-acceptable product is returned, connectorsonly.com will notify you before destroying the product or returning it to you at your cost. All RGA's expire 30 days from the published date and will not be accepted there after.

Order Cancellations:

There will be a 25% cancellation fee for packaged non-shipped orders.

There will be a 5% cancellation fee for all non-packaged, non-shipped orders.

100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE:

Customers may return an order for 100% credit if an error has been made by Connectorsonly.com in filling their order. Simply contact customer service to receive a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee form and submit your claim within 10 days from receipt of the form. Your claim will be reviewed and returned within 5 days of receipt with a final decision. If your clain is valid, you will receive a Return Good Authorization (RGA) number to return your order for 100% credit including original shipping charges. If your claim is denied, you will receive a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number to return your order less 35% restocking fees.

Please do not submit a form with the following claims:

1. I ordered the incorrect product.

2. I ordered the incorrect quantity for my project.

3. My engineer/architect/project manager/husband gave me the incorrect product number.

4. My order arrive later than I had anticipated, I had to get the product locally. (UPS Ground is 3-5 Days)

5. I sent an email to cancel my order but it had shipped already.

Customers or designers modifying products or installation procedures, or designing non-catalog products for fabrication through connectorsonly.com and by Simpson Strong-Tie Co., Inc. shall, regardless of specific instructions to the user, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sawmill Building Systems, Inc., connectorsonly.com and Simpson Strong-Tie Co., Inc. for any and all claimed loss or damage occasioned in whole or in part by non-catalog or modified products.

Non-Catalog and Modified Products:

Consult Simpson Strong-Tie Co., Inc. for applications for which there is no catalog product, or for connectors for use in hostile environments, with excessive wood shrinkage, or with abnormal loading or erection requirements.

Non-catalog products must be designed by the customer and will be fabricated by Simpson Strong-Tie in accordance with customer specifications.
