Claims & Returns Request Form

All claims, shortages, damages, etc. must be made within 14 days from delivery date.

Products not meeting customer requirements or specifications, should be communicated to ConnectorsOnly immediately for correction or replacement.

Stock parts may be returned only if request is made within 60 days of purchase and written authorization is received.

If 100% resalable and parts are returned within 30 days after the original bill date, no return service fee will apply, less the freight charges.

If parts are returned after the 30 days, a minimum of 25% return service fee will apply, less the freight charges.

Special order products, or manufactured on demand products cannot be returned.

ConnectorsOnly is not responsible for delays after shipped date.
