Claims & Returns Request Form

All claims, shortages, damages, etc. must be made within 14 days from delivery date.

• Products not meeting customer requirements or specifications, should be communicated to ConnectorsOnly immediately for correction or replacement.

• Stock parts may be returned only if request is made within 60 days of purchase and written authorization is received.

• If 100% resalable and parts are returned within 30 days after the original bill date, no return service fee will apply, less the freight charges.

• If parts are returned after the 30 days, a minimum of 25% return service fee will apply, less the freight charges.

• Special order products, or manufactured on demand products cannot be returned.

• ConnectorsOnly is not responsible for delays after shipped date.

• Please allow 2 business days for all claims and returns to be processed.
