The product knowledge Mark has has been very helpful in getting the right connector, as the architect for the project was not as specific enough for us to be able choose the fastener from his specs only.

Body: I saved about $190 versus buying locally. Because my order was over $700, shipping was free. My credit card company blocked my online purchase because they suspected illegal transaction over the Internet. I did not know that this was the issue, so I called ConnectorsOnly directly and placed the order. They were very patient and ordered everything I needed and even suggested one item I forgot. We figured out together that the credit card company was blocking the purchase so I called my card company and got it corrected and the order went through. The order arrived complete after only 2 days.

I never thought I would find a company who could match ***** for price, service and shipping, but ConnectorsOnly.com did it (***** does not sell these connectors.) It was only 25 hours from the time I placed my order online for a hard-to-find Simpson connector until the box of 20 was delivered. Considering the connectors were shipped from Ohio, I am in Virginia and the shipping was done via UPS Ground at the height of the Christmas shipping season, that is as good as service gets. I needed to complete a project over Easter weekend - because Friday was a holiday, I wanted to receive the parts by Thursday of that week. Since I was ordering on Tuesday, I was prepared to request my order shipped by 2-Day Air. I called ConnectorsOnly and was informed that Simpson had a fulfillment center close to my home and that I could place my order on the internet requesting Ground shipping and I would receive the order in time - no need to spend the extra money for 2-Day Air. I received the order the next day (on Wednesday) and saved money. ConnectorsOnly exceeded my expectations and I couldn't be happier!

I needed to complete a project over Easter weekend - because Friday was a holiday, I wanted to receive the parts by Thursday of that week. Since I was ordering on Tuesday, I was prepared to request my order shipped by 2-Day Air. I called ConnectorsOnly and was informed that Simpson had a fulfillment center close to my home and that I could place my order on the internet requesting Ground shipping and I would receive the order in time - no need to spend the extra money for 2-Day Air. I received the order the next day (on Wednesday) and saved money. ConnectorsOnly exceeded my expectations and I couldn't be happier!

I've been asking for a quote for these and other items for about 3 weeks with not one fruitful response plus very little willingness to "go out of their way" to help me. I first started calling, but after that didn't work, decided to go in person to see if I could get better service, but it wasn't so.
