Is a certain product in stock?
Most items are in stock and will ship out same or next day. Some items that are special order items, may take up to 3 days. Some items with special finishes (HDG or PC) may take up to 2 weeks.
I can't find a product online, do you have it?
YES! We carry ALL Simpson Strong Tie products, if you can't find it online, we can add the product to the website for purchase. We add product everyday.
How soon will my product arrive at my door?
We ship FAST! We can get product to almost anywhere in the lower 48 states within 2-3 business days! If you need expedited shipping, simply choose that option in the drop down box in the shopping cart.
What is the cut off time for expedited shipping?
We try to ship every order the same day it is ordered and expedited orders are bumped to the front of the line to ship out. However, sometimes orders arrive too late and can't be shipped same day. Order early!
Are there any coupon codes available?
We try to put the best possible product pricing out on the website for immediate purchase. Therefore, we rarely offer coupon codes. However, it doesn't hurt to ask!
I have a large purchase of Simpson Strong Tie products, can you give me a discount?
Simpson Strong Tie no longer offers us large job discounts, therefore we have stopped offering them to our customers. However, if you have a large order to quote, send us your list of products, we DO discount some orders on a case by case basis.
My order is around $350.00, does that qualify for a discount?
No, our first discount/deal is FREE shipping on orders over $850.00......Any other discounts will start well above that amount.
Can you recommend a Simpson Strong Tie product for my project?
Simpson Strong Tie or your project engineer/architect are the only qualified people to recommend product. Please contact Simpson Tech Support at 1-800-999-5099 for all technical recommendations. However, don't hesitate to contact us with questions, we are very knowledgeable about Simpson products and can steer you in the right direction.

Yes, send us an email request for literature and we will process your request promptly.
I found another website selling Simpson products cheaper than you, will you price match?
Well..........Maybe, we will make every effort to get your Simpson product to you more cost effectively than anyone else. As long as your order is a significant amount. We will look into matching prices including shipping charges. We frown against customers cherry picking a large list when our competitors don't even have the majority of the product for sale on their website.
We try not to lure customers with shipping discounts or coupon codes. We try to have the best possible price with applicable shipping charges on the web. Our shipping calculator is very accurate and sometimes we even pay more than what our customers are charged to get them their products. There isn't a shipping company on the planet shipping products for FREE. If you get FREE shipping on our site, we still pay the freight.
Will you ship my order to me USPS Flat Rate box?
We make every effort to ship product to our customers as cost effectively as possible. Shipping product UPS is our first and fastest option. If we ship product USPS we have to transfer product from one warehouse to another which extends our lead times and adds shipping costs to the USPS Flat Rate amount. Therefore, if USPS is still a cost effective option with the added transfer fee we will entertain that shipping option for any of our customers. However, most of the time USPS Flat Rate plus the transfer fee comes out close to the same as UPS shipping charges.
How much are the warehouse transfer fees?
Our warehouse transfer fees vary from order to order pending on the size of the order. Transfer fees ONLY occur when we ship items USPS Flat Rate Boxes.
I received an item I didn't order, is it mine to keep?
Sorry NO, it is not a GIFT. Shipping, packing and item count mistakes occasionally happen. When they do, we ask that you contact us to coordinate returning the extra product at no cost to you.
