Shipping Policy

SHIPPING TERMS, CONDITIONS & IMPORTANT NOTES:

SHIPPING METHODS, COSTS & DESTINATIONS

• The UPS real time calculator will calculate current UPS rates to get your package(s) to your desired destination. (Exclusions Apply)

Exclusions: Puerto Rico and USVI will require a special shipping quote.

• We reserve the right to ship an order by any means applicable to ensure your order arrives within the allotted time frame specified by the customer’s shipping selection. Some AK and HI orders may be shipped USPS without notice to the customer until tracking information is sent. In some cases, a portion of the shipping charge will be credited back to our AK & HI customers.

• We offer shipping to most physical addresses within the contiguous United States (Excluding USPS PO Boxes)

• Canadian customers are responsible to pay any taxes, duties and/or any import charges, these are NOT covered in our shipping charge.

FREE SHIPPING - orders over $850.00 (Exclusions Apply),

• FREE SHIPPING EXCLUSION#1 Free Ground Shipping does not apply to HI, AK, PR, USVI or Canadian customers.

• FREE SHIPPING EXCLUSION#2: Some select large over-weight or long length items will not ship FREE. Example: Strong Walls, TWB or CFS Ready Products


SELECT LARGE OVER-WEIGHT ORDERS

• Some select Large over-weight orders will default the UPS shipping calculator to $0 if you select regular UPS Ground. For these large orders, PLEASE SELECT THE "UPS Ground (Over 150LBS)"

• If your order contains Strong Walls or TWB bracing, PLEASE SELECT "UPS Ground Freight (Strong-Walls)"

• If you select an incorrect shipping method, you will be contacted with the appropriate shipping charge.

SHIPMENT ARRIVAL TIMES

• UPS Shipping days are calculated from the SHIP DATE which is not always your ORDER DATE. Most orders will ship same or next business day. If not, you will receive an update email with estimated shipping time frame. (Ex. 2-3 Business Days)

• UPS does not have regular SATURDAY business deliveries. If you need a delivery on Saturday, please contact our home office. SHIPMENT RECEIPT & CONFIRMATIONS

• You will receive an update email(s) with tracking information once your order has shipped

• Any shipment that is refused at the time of delivery will be charged a 25% return service fee plus applicable return shipping charges.

MISSING/DAMAGED PRODUCT(s) CLAIMS:

• Damaged product claims. When your order arrives, carefully inspect both the package and product for potential damage that may have occurred during the shipment process. If damage has occurred, please contact the shipper & us immediately to make a damaged claim. All claims of damaged must be made within 48 hours of shipment receipt.

• Missing product claims. When your order arrives, carefully inventory the contents of your package to confirm all items are present. If you discover something is missing, please contact the shipper & us immediately to make a missing product claim. All claims of missing product must be made within 48 hours of shipment receipt.

• PLEASE NOTE - All products are scanned, and packages are weighed to double check against the weight of each product for errors. UPS also reweighs each package at shipment confirming our product/package weight. If your package weight matches your product weight, we will not send out replacement product for FREE. All claims must be made within 48 hours of order receipt.

MISSING PACKAGE(S) CLAIMS:

• Deliveries from our carriers are dropped in a secure location at your ship to address provided at checkout. All orders are shipped by carriers without a signature required. Once the shipping company drops your order at your specified location and provides us PROOF OF DELIVERY, the package is your responsibility to secure.

• If you need special package placement, please contact the shipper on record once your shipping update email has been sent to you.

• If your order shows “DELIVERED” but you have not received your package or your shipment has missing products, please follow these steps prior to contacting us.

1. Check your order status for multiple tracking numbers.

2. Check with your neighbors to see if they may have received your shipment by mistake.

3. Contact the shipper on record to see if they actually delivered your package.


• If you have done all the above, please contact us to make a missing product/package claim. All claims of missing packages/products must be made within 48 hours of shipment receipt.

INCORRECTLY SHIPPED ITEMS:

• Any product(s) that may be incorrectly shipped to a customer by mistake are NOT a gift. We greatly appreciate that customers assistance in returning the product(s) to us at no expense to them.
