UPS Shipping days are calculated from the SHIP DATE and not always your ORDER DATE. Most orders ship same or next day. If you have questions about ship date or stock availability, please feel free to contact our home office for more information.
IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION
SHIPPING NOTICE #1:
Orders over 150 LBS will default to $0 shipping if you select regular UPS Ground due to UPS not shipping over 150 LBS. PLEASE SELECT THE "UPS GROUND (OVER 150LBS)"
SHIPPING CHARGE FOR APPROPRIATE SHIPPING COSTS FOR YOUR ORDER. If you do not select "UPS GROUND (OVER 150LBS)" and your order is under the FREE Ground Shipping at $850.00, you will be contacted with the appropriate shipping charge.
SHIPPING NOTICE #2:
If you choose a shipping method that is not applicable to your area and check out with $0 shipping. You will be contacted with the appropriate shipping charge.
SHIPPING NOTICE #3:
ConnectorsOnly reserves the right to ship an order by any means applicable to insure an order arrives within the allotted time frame specified by the customers shipping selection. Example: If your destination is a 1 Day transit with ground shipping and you choose 2nd Day Air, your order will arrive within the allotted time frame of 2 days and be shipped ground. Credit cannot be given on any shipping charges, we strive to ship orders as soon as possible to keep all our customers 100% satisfied.
SHIPPING NOTICE #4:NO REGULAR UPS GROUND DELIVERIES ON SATURDAY
UPS does not deliver regular ground shipments on Saturday. If you need a delivery on Saturday, please contact our home office.
SHIPPING NOTICE #5:
Any shipment that is refused on delivery will be charged a 25% restocking fee plus applicable shipping charges to and from its destination.
SHIPPING NOTICE #6:FREE
Ground Shipping does not apply to HI, AK or Canadian customers. Please contact our home office for applicable shipping charges to those locations. Also, some AK and HI orders may be shipped USPS without notice to the customer until tracking information is sent. This is done to help save those customers the expensive UPS shipping cost to their location. In some cases a portion of the shipping charge will be credited back to our AK & HI customers. Please Note:
Some select large items or long length items will not ship FREE
even if your order is over $850.00. Example: Strong Walls
SHIPPING NOTICE #7:
This notice is regarding any claims of missing product in packaging. All products are scanned and packages weighed to double check against the weight of each product for errors. UPS also reweighs each package at shipment confirming our product/package weight. If your package weight matches your product weight we will NOT send out replacement product for FREE. All claims must be made within 5 days of order receipt.
SHIPPING NOTICE #8:
All orders are shipped by carriers without a signature required. Once the shipping company drops your order at your specified location and provides us PROOF OF DELIVERY the package is your responsibility. Please be advised that by checking the terms and conditions box at check out you comply with this requirement.
SHIPPING NOTICE #9:
Regarding all orders shipping to Canada. Canadian taxes, duties and or any import charges are the responsibility of the recipient and not covered in our shipping charges.
REFUNDS, RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICIES
All returned goods must be returned within 30 days of original purchase date.
Your return will be processed within 10 days of the date your product is received back.
If non-acceptable product is returned, ConnectorsOnly will notify you before destroying the product or returning it to you at your cost.IMPORTANT NOTE:
You are responsible for returning product as well as any freight arrangements and/or costs associated with the return. Please include and reference return goods authorization (RGA) number with the product you are returning. **PRODUCTS MUST HAVE A RGA # AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT ONE**
All RGA's expire 30 days from the published date and will not be accepted there after.Refunds:
Any order refused at delivery will incur the 25% restocking fee and any additional return shipping charges.
The following apply with all returns:
1. Your credit will reflect a 25% restocking charge.
2. No credit will be given for damaged goods.
3. No credit will be given for galvanized products with red or white rust.
4. No credit will be given for obsolete, special (x version modified connectors) or non-inventory items.
5. Any product that has to be manufactured is NOT returnable, this is any product with a 2-3 day lead time or longer to ship.Order Cancellations:
There are no cancellation fees to cancel an order. However, if your order is to far along in the shipping process we will be unable to cancel it. Please know, we pack & ship orders FAST!Terms and Conditions Acceptance:

100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Customers may return an order for 100% credit if an error has been made by ConnectorsOnly in filling their order. If your claim is valid, you will receive a Return Good Authorization (RGA) number to return your order for 100% credit including original shipping charges. If your claim is denied, you will receive a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number to return your order less 25% restocking fees and you are responsible for paying return shipping charge.
Please do not expect 100% credit with the following claims:
1. I ordered the incorrect product.
2. I ordered the incorrect quantity for my project.
3. My engineer/architect/project manager/husband gave me the incorrect product number.
4. My order arrived later than I had anticipated, I had to get the product locally. (UPS Ground is 1-3 Days)
5. I sent an email to cancel my order but it had shipped already.

Products on this website are designed and manufactured By Simpson Strong-Tie Co., Inc. for the specific purposes shown, and should not be used with other connectors not approved by a qualified designer. Modifications to products or changes in installation procedures should only be made by a qualified designer. The performance of such modified products or altered installation procedures is the sole responsibility of the designer.
Customers or designers modifying products or installation procedures, or designing non-catalog products for fabrication through ConnectorsOnly and by Simpson Strong-Tie Co., Inc. shall, regardless of specific instructions to the user, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sawmill Building Systems, Inc., ConnectorsOnly and Simpson Strong-Tie Co., Inc. for any and all claimed loss or damage occasioned in whole or in part by non-catalog or modified products.
NON-CATALOG and MODIFIED PRODUCTS
Consult Simpson Strong-Tie Co., Inc. for applications for which there is no catalog product, or for connectors for use in hostile environments, with excessive wood shrinkage, or with abnormal loading or erection requirements.
Non-catalog products must be designed by the customer and will be fabricated by Simpson Strong-Tie in accordance with customer specifications.
ConnectorsOnly and Simpson Strong-Tie cannot and does not make any representations regarding the suitability of use or load-carrying capacities of non-catalog products. ConnectorsOnly and Simpson Strong-Tie provides no warranty, express or implied, on non-catalog products. F.O.B. Shipping Point unless otherwise specified.
